The Peanut Butter Kid and  the Peanut Butter Lady hope all you dads had a great Father's Day with your loved ones.

They call it The Peanut Butter cup. Sounded so good I had to share it.

Scale ingredients to servings

1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 oz Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur
1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
5 oz milk

Pour the Kahlua coffee liqueur, Frangelico hazelnut liqueur and Bailey's irish cream into a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with milk, stir well, and serve.

(I liked it best in the blender!)

Doesn't it sound like the perfect dessert drink?

Peanut butter recipe/Peanut Butter Kid book

I'm looking for peanut butter and apple recipes. Do you have a favorite?

I like the simple to construct salad. Just combine chunks of apple (with the skin), peanut butter, mayo or salad dressing diluted with a splach of wine vinegar and chopped pecans or walnuts. So delicious and crunchy.www.perilsofthepeanutbutterkid.com

Dogs & Peanut Butter

Last night I decided ti give my dog Paprika his favorite treat just because he's so good and so cute. What was it? A dab of peanut butter on a slice of banana. He's still smiling.

Elvis wasn't the only Hound-dog who appreciated the joys of peanut butter! Does your dog like peanut butter, too?

Recipe: Peanut Butter-Banana Salad/Book Sale

This rainy day in St. Louis awakened an old craving for my peanut butter and banana salad. So easy - so good. The only other ingredient is Mayo.
Just slice the banana in thin slices - add peanut butter and enough mayo to make a delicious dressing. Put a lettuce leaf on a salad plate with the mixture on top. Presto -  a salad that could work as dessert. Couldn't be easier.
